Streamlined Process and Good Staff
I really appreciated how prompt and helpful the initial process was with my case manager. He was a great help and took a lot of the unknowns out of the process. I had a good experience with Smile once I actually got to Istanbul. The Smile team was very efficient and the entire process was pretty streamlined. My only complaint would be that starting from the procedure day, it felt a bit rushed. While I understand the want of efficiency, I believe a more luxurious/personal experience where things were slowed down and more individualized would have been beneficial.

Was nervous at first, but glad I chose them
At first I was honestly a bit nervous about choosing the wrong clinic, especially since I was traveling for the procedure. But from the moment I arrived, the team made me feel comfortable. They explained everything clearly and answered my questions without rushing me.
The surgery day felt well organized and professional. It’s still early in my recovery so I can’t say anything about the final results yet, but so far everything has gone as they explained. I’ve also been able to reach out with questions after the procedure, which I appreciate.
Overall, I’m happy with my experience so far.

Really Amazing
The experience I had was great, everything was properly explained and the communication was very good with all the staff involved. I want to add that it was really impressive the amount of employees smile clinic has, i think more than 20. With each and every one specialised in their segment of the process/ business. My surgeon and his stuff was really profesional and i did not find any issue in the process. As i am writing i am in the fiert week and the healing goes really well. The aftercare matters so much and i can always keep in contact via whatsapp to ask any question. This is my second transplant, first was done in a different clinic and i can surely say smile clinic is a big difference, trust me on this one, money spent was well earned.

My experience with this hair clinic was absolutely amazing. They supported me online for a whole year before I finally had my surgery last week. They were always so patient and caring with me. Throughout the entire process, everything was explained clearly and in a very reassuring way. They treated me incredibly well from start to finish.

Highly recommended service provider
It was a well organized and very professionally executed procedure. The doctor was very honest and realistic about the graft number and what is realistic to achieve concerning my donor area condition which i appreciated. Also the communication was top notch throughout the whole staying. Now even that they work out in large volumes in clients per day the operation went very smooth and personal care was taken by dedicated nurses and the doctor during the operation. They might not be the cheapest option there (went for the option with a doctor performing the critical stage) but i wouldn’t trust this kind of medical operation to any random operator in the hair transplant market. So very satisfied customer this far, the final outcome will be of course seen after 12+ months…

This was my second hair transplant at SmileClinic (the first one was in 2020), and once again I’m genuinely impressed.
Everything is extremely well organized and thought through. From the very beginning, you receive comprehensive materials with all the FAQs and instructions, helpful videos, and a complete aftercare kit with shampoos, medications, and everything you might need. It’s clear that they really pay attention to every detail and make sure you feel fully prepared.
What stands out the most, though, is the people. The entire team is incredibly kind, positive, and welcoming. You truly feel taken care of. Even though I was in a foreign country, quite far from home, I didn’t feel anxious at any point because I knew everything was under control.
If you’re considering a hair transplant, I can honestly say this clinic is a fantastic choice!

My trip to Smile Clinic, Istanbul
The whole process was easy from start to finish. Conversation started through Smile Clinic's WhatsApp group and a date booked the same day. Picked up at the airport and transported to the hotel in a smart minibus. I opted for the cheapest package and the hotel was more than adequate.On the day of the surgery I was picked up and driven to the clinic, which is only a 5 minute drive from the hotel, paperwork and payment done then it's straight in to the operating room. I'd be lying if I said it's a pain free process, the numbing injections are toe curlers but only last a short time. They extracted the hair then some lunch before the implantation. Depending on the number of implants needed, it can be a long day but you can listen to music or watch videos/ films on your phone no problem. Back to the hotel for an evening meal then bed. Back to the clinic the following morning for a check up and a treatment wash then off to the airport. Having a hair transplant is a big decision and I looked at a few clinics before choosing Smile but having had my surgery there, and with the results I've got, I would highly recommend them, they explain that they can't perform miracles and will only recommend the procedure that they're confident will give the best results. All in all I'm very pleased I used Smile for my procedure.
